Dining Rooms
The Wine Room
As you arrive the wine room is the centerpiece of our dining room, a beautiful
glass and wood room located in the center of the front of the restaurant. The
wine room holds our private wine lockers as well as over 500 bottles on
display. With seating for 2-8 guests, the wine room is the perfect setting for
a truly romantic private dinner for 2, or a small group of friends’ family or
business associates that desires private dining set amongst some of the world’s
finest wines.
Ruth’s Room
Adorned in dark colors and rich wood, our semi-private dining room accommodates
up to 24 guests. The Ruth’s room is open to the dining room with a wall
dividing the room from the main dining room but with open doorways so you
experience the ambience of the dining room but with a sense of privacy.
Founders Room
A truly private dining room is set off the main dining room, The
founders room is adorned with our beautiful temperature controlled wine wall
which cellars over 2400 bottles. The décor is rich in dark colors and wood with
elegant lighting. The room can accommodate up to 45 for dinner, 80 guests for a
stand up cocktail reception or 60 guests in a classroom setting for various
types of presentations. Our group sales manager can assist you in setting the
room with any audio visual equipment you may need or decorate the room with a
particular theme for a special occasion. The room can be set up with a private
bar as well as a buffet for appetizers during a cocktail reception.
The Boardroom
An intimate room with a rich wood and warm décor, an over sized boardroom table
which can accommodate up to 14 guests and comfortably seat as few as 6 guests.
The boardroom offers direct access to our courtyard bar as well as the main dining
room. This room is perfect for that high level executive dinner meeting, a
small group presentation or a private intimate dinner with family and friends.

Event Policies
1. Deposit/Cancellation-Ruth’s Chris Steak House
requires an initial deposit payable upon signature of this event policy agreement.
In the event of cancellation within 60 days of the event, 0% of the total paid
deposit will be refunded to the Client. If cancellation is before 60 days of
the event, all deposits may be applied to a different date within one year of
original event date.
2.
Guaranteed Guest Count- The guaranteed guest count is due from the Client three
business days in advance of the event. If no guaranteed guest count is received
by Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Ruth’s Chris Steak House will set for and charge
for the original
guest
count estimate, or the actual number of guests in attendance, whichever is
greater.
Ruth’s
Chris Steak House can not ensure additional seating should the actual guest
count exceed the guaranteed guest count or room capacity. Every attempt will be
made to accommodate additional guests on a space available basis : however, it
is possible a
guest
may not be seated or served. By signing the agreement below, the client
affirmatively acknowledges it/he/she has been made aware of this disclosure.
3.
Service Charge-A 20% service charge is applied to all food, beverage and
other charges, where applicable.
4.
Authority-Any person signing an agreement with Ruth’s Chris Steak House in the
name of a corporation, association, or society represents to Ruth’s Chris Steak
House that he/she is authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of the
organization. In addition,
the
signature on this Agreement will act as a signature on file if a credit card is
used as a deposit or final payment; therefore, the cardholder must sign this
agreement, along with any other responsible parties.
5.
Payment- All payments must be made by: American Express, Diners Club ,Master Card,
Visa, certified check or money order or cash. Final payment is due upon
conclusion of event.
6.
Taxes-Client agrees to pay any and all federal, state, municipal or other taxes
imposed on or applicable to event. Groups or organizations claiming exemption from
applicable taxes are responsible for providing Ruth’s Chris Steak House with a
copy of
the
organization’s tax exemption certificate: otherwise applicable taxes will be
charged to Client.
7.
Food and Beverage-Due to health, safety and liquor laws of each state, all food
and beverage must be supplied by Ruth’s Chris
Steak
House, unless approved by the General Manager. A service fee may be charged on
items not supplied by Ruth’s Chris Steak House. No food or beverage may be
removed from the event area at any time prior to, during, or after the event.
8.
Security-Ruth’s Chris Steak House reserves the right to inspect and control all
events, and may, in its discretion, require security for certain events,
particularly those with minors in attendance. The cost of such services will be
the Client’s
responsibility.
Ruth’s Chris Steak House will not assume any liability for theft or any other
type of loss or damage to personal property occurring either prior to, during,
or after the event.
9.
Deliveries-With prior arrangement, Ruth’s Chris Steak House will accept
packages sent no earlier than 3 business days prior to the event. Any shipment
prior to such dates, or deemed excessive in size or volume, may be subject to a
storage fee.
10.
Display and Decoration-All displays and/or decoration proposed by Client will
be subject to prior approval by a Ruth’s Chris Steak House representative in
each instance. Any damage caused to the premises will be the responsibility of
the Client.
11.
Alcoholic Beverages-Ruth’s Chris Steak House strictly adheres to all laws and
regulations pertaining to the sales and service of alcoholic beverages,
including sales to minors and intoxicated persons.
12.
Excused Non Performance- Client agrees and acknowledges that Ruth’s Chris Steak
House shall be excused from performing any obligations under this Agreement for
so long as such performance is prevented, delayed, or hindered by an act of
God, fire, flood or explosion, strikes, labor disputes, inability to procure
labor, equipment materials or surplus, or any other causes beyond its
reasonable control.
